All Events will be held at the Will Rogers Memorial Complex in the John Justin Arena Except for the TLBAA Awards Banquet, which will be held at the Radisson North-Fort Worth Hotel. Call the Radisson directly at (817) 625-9911 for room reservations.

Bring your checkbooks and wallets for these beautiful works of art available at this year’s Horn Showcase Live Auction, which will be held at the Radisson Hotel on Friday, November 9. Legendary Longhorn Auctioneer Col. Eddie Wood will be handling the gavel at this special auction, so be sure to attend the TLBAA Horn Showcase Awards Banquet.

This colorful painting is a modern take on the classic Longhorn image. Marion Rose is an accomplished artist in Canada and has had articles written about her in publications such as the BC Beef Magazine of British Columbia’s Cattleman’s Association and The Animal World Magazine.

TLBAA members Larry and Barbara Shepherd, Stone Broke Ranch, Cameron, TX, have donated WANTED MAN, a 1995 son of Zigfield and Redd Ranger, with proceeds benefiting the Texas Longhorn Breeders of Tomorrow (TLBT).

This Donation Lot Will Ring Your Bell!
Ring this bell until the cows come home! This bell handcrafted and donated by TLBAA member and artist Glenn Phipps, Santo, TX, would be a beautiful addition to your back pasture. Proceeds will benefit the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America.
This acoustic steel sculpture stands 70” with a 28” diameter and features Longhorn heads nested in a heavy steel hemisphere that has a pleasant and far reaching bell tone.

Col. Eddie Wood to Auctioneer TLBAA Foundation Auction During Horn Showcase
Renowned Texas Longhorn Auctioneer Col. Eddie Wood, Wynnewood, OK, will take up the gavel during the upcoming TLBAA Foundation Auction at the 2007 Horn Showcase Awards Banquet on November 9, 2007. “Col. Wood has been a mainstay in the Texas Longhorn industry and is well respected for his talent and keen sense of all things Longhorn,” said TLBAA Chairman Dr. Fritz Moeller.
