The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics of the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America (TLBAA) and the TLBAA Foundation is a fundamental philosophy for conduct of the business of the Association. It is the personal responsibility of each TLBAA employee and director to observe the standards of conduct and other requirements of this Code whether or not these standards and requirements are also imposed by law. If a law conflicts with a policy in this Code, the employee and director must comply with the law.
